The right of withdrawal guarantees the customer the possibility of returning the product, to do so it will be sufficient to communicate it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returned items must be in like-new condition, unused and complete with all accessories and packaging.
The customer must send an email to wavestoreriano@gmail.com no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This email must include the following information:
- the order number
- the article code
- explicit declaration by the customer that he/she intends to proceed with a replacement or receive a refund
The shipping costs for the return for the right of withdrawal are borne by the buyer, who will use his own means to send the goods that do not meet his expectations to the seller.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order, unless the Customer has requested otherwise. The refund will be made within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal.
The packaging must be done in such a way as to ensure that the goods are not damaged during the return.
